Cameron and Jamie met at the Grizzly Rose in Denver. They were there for a Little Big Town concert and met each other. They had so much fun dancing with each other and Cameron even flipped her!
Cameron and Jamie knew that they belonged together because they share the same values and have so much fun together. They bring each other so much joy!
Cameron was out of town for a business trip but little did Jamie know that he had great plans for March 7th. Since he was out of town, her best friend Kailey took her to breakfast and a hike around Red Rocks. The plan was for Jamie to pick Cameron up from the airport later that evening. As Kailey and Jamie were walking down the stairs towards the stage, Jamie noticed Cameron out of the corner of her eye. You can understand her confusion since she thought he was out of state. When she asked him what he was doing there he began to tell her about his plans and how much he loved her. He got down on one knee on the center of the Red Rocks stage with Kailey standing by taking photos. After they hugged and Jamie said "oh my gosh!" multiple times, they heard cheering in the crowd. Cameron had brought Jamie's parents along to enjoy in the celebration. Little did she know he had used another one of her best friends, Alyssa, the previous week to distract her while he took her parents out to breakfast and asked their permission. Such an amazing day celebrating with loved ones.
They envisioned their wedding day being fun, relaxed and surrounded by family. Their wedding color was turquoise and rustic. It was casual and laid back, the groomsmen were in jeans and the bridesmaids had cowboy boots.
The flowers were very simple. The bridesmaids have baby's breath. The gown was a lace fitted A line dress with a belt and cowboy boots. The favors were mason jars with chalkboard labels and Bride and Groom Golden Bee's from The Golden Bee in Colorado Springs.
The bride's best friend Kailey helped to hand write the wedding signs. The grooms best friend Chris helped with making wood for the centerpieces. Kellie Prall helped create the gorgeous center pieces.
Jamie's advice to future brides is to be relaxed and enjoy the journey. She said that you should spend more time planning and investing in your marriage than you do in the wedding.
